Introduction: Aluminum quality in smelting stage gets deteriorated due solid andgaseous impurities. Density Index indicates the extent of the problem and therebyhelp in gauging the extent of the degassing required, ultimately resulting in highquality end product and decrease in rejection.
Our Density Index Analyzer (DIA) determines the density index by using two samples;one solidified under atmospheric (ambient) pressure, and the other solidified under areduced pressure (vacuum) of approximately 80mbar (using Reduced Pressure Testmachine*).
