Product Introduction: –
ECO – MASTIC is high grade refractory fibre clay, of color is white.
Product function: –
- It used for launder-filler lining, distribution for continuous casting or horizontal foundry;
- For heat treatment furnace lining
- For lining material of mixing furnace;
- For feeder or hot top of gravity foundry
- For inner of ladle or scoop；
- And it applied to any part of the least falling-temperature
How to use: –
Before using the produce operater should dip the tool with water , in order to prevent the toolbeing stain with the clay. Dress the refractory clay on the surface of the metals or the firematerial. The thickness reached operater required .after dessing ,should smooth the surface .The thickness is 10mm, dry it for about30-60mm minutes, if the thickness exceed 30mm, thedry-time needs over 3 hours.Because the refractory clay can be changed shapes while beingnipped .operate may take the whole bag out of the barrel, and pull the bag to go into anotherbag, using the wooden stick beat the separating bag lightly untill it became soft .
