The Flux injector designed in such way that it purge the Granuular / Powder flux alongwith the carrier gas which give consistent results of improving the Melt quality &produce dry dross with minimum metal.
Also It can be use for cleaning the build up oxide inside the Melting furnace wallsincluding the Bottom by injecting the Wall cleaning flux directly on the walls.
It helps to increase the yield of the Melting furnace capacity

• Granular / Powder flux feeding rate : 0.5 kg/min, 1kg/min, 1.5 kg/min, 2.0kg/min• Flux tank capacity – 25 to 30 kgs.
• Flux Injection time setting through HMI system. Make – Delta.

• Inert gas requirements : Prefered Nitrogen / Argon gas.
Input Gas supply pressure – 4 to 5 Bar.
Flux injection pressure – 3 to 4 Bar.
Gas flow rate during injection – 150 to 200 LPM.
• Mobile type Flux injector mounted on rugged PU four wheel trolley for easy movement.
• Audio – Visual system through Alarm & LED lights.
