Application:
Product is widely used in the Gravity die-casting & Low pressure die-casting processes. The product is suitably diluted with softened water to 1:4 -1:6 (Product: Water) dilution ratio before spraying application. The diluted product is applied by spraying uniformly on the hot die surfaces pre-coated with insulating coating. The die surfaces after spraying are ensured for complete dryness before pouring. Once sprayed the die coating can last for 10 – 15 casting releases after which the spraying activity is repeated for further releases. It is recommended that during every spraying activity the diluted product should be thoroughly homogenized & then sprayed for desired performance. It is also applied by spraying on Core print areas, slides die mechanism etc.

Advantages :

The product provides best release coating to the hot die surface pre-coated with insulating coating and facilitates easy casting release/stripping and renders excellent casting surface finish. It can also be used on core print areas and slide die mechanisms etc.
Quick preparation time and fast deposition of uniform coating layer on the hot die surfaces and thereby reducing the coating application time. Widely used in all Aluminium foundries producing various types of castings especially areas where rapid cooling or better strip is required.

Storage and Handling:

The product should be stored at room temperature in covered condition under roof
away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use of safety gears and gadgets is a must while
handling the product.
